She did a good job given the time frame. She did miss a few things - piano pedals were not dusted, does not appear the kitchen floor was cleaned as I had to clean a few dirty spots and the powder room sink pedestal and base of toilet were not cleaned.

She did a great job! The areas she was able to clean, she was very thorough and detailed. The only issue being that she was here for much longer than expected. She did not get to complete the entire house (finished basement), which we discussed eliminating once I saw how long the process was taking. Frances was lovely to speak with, responsive, and engaging towards the children in our home!

Not a super smooth start but Bierka did a fantastic job. She detailed a lot of places that were missed last time by another cleaner. Her skill set allowed her to clean 3000+ sqft in under 6 hours. I will request her again.

Shanicqua was an absolute delight. She was so thorough! I was extremely impressed with her services. Beyond dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and all of the standard fare, she organized my son’s pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals, which I told her wasn’t necessary. It was a disastrous mountain of kid’s accessories and she made order out of it. I felt calmer in my own house after she left 🥰

Bierka does a very thorough job cleaning but she is not very punctual and has always been late. The last time she was three hours late and brought another person with her in order to finish on time. The other person unfortunately was not as good a cleaner as Bierka. I like her, she’s friendly and works hard once she’s here but it’s frustrating wondering if and when she’ll get her.
