As a working mother who has just graduated from college, I realized my house was in need of a deep clean and maybe even a miracle! Terrence came over and within 30 minutes I noticed a difference! He stayed for 4 hours and managed to clean thoroughly. He was also very communicative, timely, and kind. Truly a blessing!

She did a good job given the time frame. She did miss a few things - piano pedals were not dusted, does not appear the kitchen floor was cleaned as I had to clean a few dirty spots and the powder room sink pedestal and base of toilet were not cleaned.

She did a great job! The areas she was able to clean, she was very thorough and detailed. The only issue being that she was here for much longer than expected. She did not get to complete the entire house (finished basement), which we discussed eliminating once I saw how long the process was taking. Hello Yihan, thank you for the cleaning. I need the timing to be changed for cleaning. The cleaners are finishing in two hours, but I am being charged for four hours.

I was disappointed in a few details — the shower was still dirty, and a pair of shoes was thrown on top of clothes — but the lack of a notification when the job was done was the most frustrating. If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.

Not a super smooth start but Bierka did a fantastic job. She detailed a lot of places that were missed last time by another cleaner. Her skill set allowed her to clean 3000+ sqft in under 6 hours. I will request her again.

Shanicqua was an absolute delight. She was so thorough! I was extremely impressed with her services. Beyond dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and all of the standard fare, she organized my son’s pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals, which I told her wasn’t necessary. It was a disastrous mountain of kid’s accessories and she made order out of it. I felt calmer in my own house after she left 🥰

Can’t say enough good things about Nyasha….. she went above and beyond with cleaning and taking care of our apartment. Welida was very nice, bringing two friends over to help get the 6 hour job done in 2 hours which saved my time as well. She and her friends were still paid for 6 hours, and helped a lot with the deep cleaning I needed. My only complaint is the cleaning wasn’t spotless, so that could have been better. But overall, she is a great cleaner and hope she does well in life.
