She is so very sweet! Our house smelled amazing! Not the full 5 stars because the main floor of our house wasn't that dirty but she spent the entire 4 hours just om the main floor not a single thing was cleaned upstairs. I would've appreciated if she spent 2 hours upstairs 2 hours downstairs.

Kianna was great! She was super personable and asked exactly what I needed from her. She is brand new to the company but you can tell she has experience in cleaning based on the outcome of the job.
