Although Dezah was very thorough and worked diligently throughout the 5hrs, she ran out of time to vacuum and dust. This will not prevent me from scheduling with her again, though. She’s new at this so I suspect her time management to improve over time.

Missy cleaned our bathrooms very well. However, she cleaned a bathtub/shower that I mentioned didn't need to be cleaned. She also did not sweep our floor before mopping so there were still crumbs on it afterwards.

Lids was wonderful. She was communicative and professional. Since she arrived early, we were able to complete a quick walk through of the space, the expectations, and she started working immediately. If there was anything she was unsure about (it was her first time here), she confirmed with me first. She has gained a new customer, and I highly recommend her.
