I don't know who can see this, but HomeAglow is not responding to my communications. Also, Homeaglow charged me for a cleaning that I Never got. I have to cancel due to this company not upholding to giving me services as per agreement. Homeaglow do not charge me cancelation fees. I have to check a box below although, I am cancelling so that this is entered to Homeaglow.

Laticia did a fabulous job! She was such a pleasure to talk with and I appreciated all of her tips and advice. Cleaning after construction is never an easy task and the house is move in ready!

Kessa showed up before the assigned time. For this I was thankful and she finished a little before time. Thank you Kessa. You are always welcome in my home. I loved the smell of Pine!

Terminal was professional and personable! I was very impressed with how she managed her time. This was our first cleaning so her work was cut out for her. What wasn’t completed she’ll get next time around. I only booked 4 hr. Should have booked 6 hr. I under estimated. First cleaning should have booked for a longer time. Did I mention Treminka was very nice too?!

Kessa did a very good job I’m hoping she continues to be the one who comes to my home every two weeks.

Excellent cleaning but the billing for this service was completely screwed up! not sure where the error comes from but homeaglow does nothing to help fix mistakes.

Very prompt, showed up 20 minutes early, I wasn’t home and Rasheed patiently waited in the heat outside my building. Brought his own vacuum cleaner and was very thorough cleaning floors, all surfaces and beyond. Thank you!

Jennifer was like a breath of fresh air. She was very energetic. I gave her a quick tour and she was on her way. She put dishes away and organized things without being told. She was awesome. I will use her again and recommend her.

Wendy is great. She got dust bunnies out of corners, found things under the couch and overall the house looks and feels so much better.

Dana thoroughly cleaned every space and was professional. She moved every object to wipe underneath the surface ensuring and ensured I was satisfied before leaving.

Amber was very pleasant & didn’t need 6 hours to clean my home. My bathroom mirror, pictures on the walls & shower doors were left with a cloudy film on them. We had to reclean those areas. She probably used the same cloth or product that was used on the counter. Also, my bedroom furniture had streaks on the wood. I feel bad complaining.
