She did a great job! The areas she was able to clean, she was very thorough and detailed. The only issue being that she was here for much longer than expected. She did not get to complete the entire house (finished basement), which we discussed eliminating once I saw how long the process was taking. Frances was lovely to speak with, responsive, and engaging towards the children in our home!

If I am out of the apartment, please let me know when you’re done so I can go over these things before you leave! That felt a bit disrespectful and made me late for other plans in my day.
