She did most of what I asked her. very quick to do it all. most of my house was done in 3.5 hours which was nice. taking off one star because I observed later that the cleaning was not 5star thorough. but it was not bad at all. she did a lot of extras like wiping down windows and everything. my experience was good.

she thought I had canceled this appointment. I was told I had two appointments. I did not make two appointments. She lets me know when there’s any changes. I signed up for an extra hour and asked it to be for baseboards. That wasn’t done but what was done is very good.

This was my 3rd cleaning and let's just say, I guess there's some validity to "3rd time's a charm". Kendrick was thorough, he arrived ON TIME and he brought his own cleaning supplies including a vacuum cleaner. I did not have that experience prior to Kendrick, so it had me questioning this service. I would recommend Kendrick.
