Overall cleaning was done well. Improvement in communication and setting expectations. Cleaning engineer did not seem like she knew what the job was and did not ask. The actual cleaning was executed well.

She was good! There were a couple of things I didn't realize she missed until after she left, but they were minuscule things and I know if I had saw them before she left, she would have been willing to fix it!

Emmelena was great! She got to everything I needed and stayed over to finish what I added on. She is polite and respectful. Definitely recommend.

Great job. We are focusing on deep cleaning various rooms instead of a quick cleaning of the whole house. She gets what I want and has been doing a great job. She cares ( not that others didn’t) and is responsible and personable.

Beth was a lovely person, friendly and approchable. She did a top surface clean - not experienced at deep cleaning and missed some basics like mirrors in the restroom, built in soap dishes in bath, floors behind furniture and under rugs, behind microwave, front and side of stove, and front of dishwasher were not thoroughly cleaned. Place smells good though and what she cleaned looks great.

April and her crew came and completely transformed my house in unbelievable timing they were very down to earth so I trusted them completely in my home and I’m so glad I did my house wasn’t even this clean when I moved in ! They saved me so much time and stress I honestly can’t thank them enough she was truly a pleasure and a blessing for me CANT wait to see them again!
