Excellent. She came in and immediately knew what to do without needing any direction- she just gets it and did a fantastic job. This is my 7th or 8th cleaner on this awful app, and all the previous ones were unreliable (no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or didn’t know what they were doing). So glad I finally found Koko!

His initial cleaning was good. but then he spent a chunk of time in the car taking a call so ran out of time which affected the quality of his later cleaning (I had to re clean the kitchen sink grate as it had so much of gunk on it) and could not get the list of chores completed.

Latashia was very sweet and cleaned well however there were some areas that were missed (countertops she used to place items while cleaning). She did not replace items before finishing the clean so we had to reorganize and lay down runs, put items back on sink etc. Otherwise the clean went well.
