She is always flexible and responsive and is so easy to communicate with! In these challenging financial times, we have cut back on my things, but we love her too much to give up! This was my second cleaning and it went better than the first much better. Martina arrived on time, she was friendly and polite didn't have to give much directions or repeat. Definitely have no issues using her again for future appointments. I did wish the website was clearer on additional areas for cleaning.
