Came 15 minutes late and left two minutes early. Asked her to clean the couches and it wasn’t done. Otherwise cleaned well.

Christina always does the most amazing job! For example, I had a special request because my daughter gave us a little extra mess this time. She is always flexible and responsive and is so easy to communicate with! In these challenging financial times, we have cut back on my things, but we love her too much to give up! Lydia came as a last minute match after another cleaner cancelled due to bad weather and road conditions. I didn’t really expect anyone else to take the job once the first person cancelled. While here Lydia was courteous and thorough and I’d be happy to have her back.

He was respectful and careful in every way - not sure what the 1 star reviewer was on about, but I didn't get the sense that any of our stuff was at risk as he meticulously cleaned four rooms from floor to ceiling and everything in between.
