She did a great job! The areas she was able to clean, she was very thorough and detailed. The only issue being that she was here for much longer than expected. She did not get to complete the entire house (finished basement), which we discussed eliminating once I saw how long the process was taking. Frances was lovely to speak with, responsive, and engaging towards the children in our home!

I'm appreciative of the service provided. The house was very dusty and cluttered. Bridgette and partner dusted everywhere, vacuumed a lot and was able to get a contractor bag almost full of trash. With the 3 hours, they were only able to get most of the living room done. I wish I had scheduled another hour. Also, I think they took my gloves by accident.
