Good at cleaning but too slow - guess because too detailed, but we didn't have that kind of time. Also he himself asked to move the appointment 2 hrs earlier but arrived later than the original time.

Ana was great! Super friendly, showed up on time. Kept me up to date via the app on the arrival time and left my place spotless. I was prepping for a party and she helped me get organized. Will definitely use again.

Ruth was amazing loved her cleaning top to bottom no issue there only thing is my tv and all my accessories were left on my bed and unmade I stepped out for a few minutes to get cash to leave a tip and they were gone before I returned left my door unlocked and early with 50 minutes left in my cleaning service I was scheduled for 3 hours and received 2 hours and 10 minutes

I was overcharged for my last visit. I have not had any luck with home a glow. Cleaners are always late or do not show up. One cleaner came without cleaning supplies, I had to run a buy all the cleaning supplies, chemicals, rags, etc. Customer service by phone is non existent. If I wasn't overcharged I would recommend Daniela.
