Just one thing: she did not finish the entire house. if cleaning is for 4 hours and she started at 9:30, then I expected her to clean until 1:30pm. That way prolly all bedrooms would’ve been done.

I noticed several spots on the floor that were not swept or vacuumed well and had to remind them to clean the downstairs area before they left. Can’t say enough good things about Nyasha….. she went above and beyond with cleaning and taking care of our apartment. When we got back after she had finished my roommate and I spent 10 minutes just walking around repeating “wow”. Filo did a good job, but the bottom of one of my toilets wasn't cleaned well. Other than that, he did a good job. I wasn't home when they cleaned, and my husband was busy in the kitchen. They also didn't touch the kitchen. I'm unsure if it's because he was in there with the gate up.

Some furniture was not cleaned properly. One spoon rest was broken. I would have appreciated if Jacqueline had mentioned it. She did not.
