Christine was very thorough in her cleaning – she vacuumed and mopped as well as anyone could possibly do in a very conscientious way. She was a big help folding some clothes for me and was a good sport the whole time she was cleaning. Pleasant to be around.

Kuelteria did an excellent job today. She arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned our apartment; she paid attention to ever detail! Kuelteria asked questions if she was not sure what I wanted done and if I needed anything specific. I plan to request her for my next cleaning,and be happy to see her smiling face in the new year.

One concern: Because she is so thorough (and my house such a mess), she wasn't able to finish all the tasks in the time allotted. I completely understand this, but I wish she and I had discussed the scope of the job and the time limitations in advance.

Deidra did a good job. But I did discover a few days ago that there's scratches all over my countertop in my hall bathroom. I believe she may have used the green side of the sponge with yellow and green. The green is meant for dried on Foods or difficult things to remove they're just very fine scratches but I can certainly see them

This was my first cleaning the first person Megan never showed called said she had car problems would the next day but I never heard from her again. Emma is great does a great job, please let her come for next appointment!

Emma is pleasant and a very good cleaner. My mouth dropped when I saw her work. She is really good at organizing, too.

We did initially book our appointment with a cleaner named Jason, we waited for an hour and a half, and asked where his eta, he simply told us he did not know where our complex was. So then we rescheduled, and boy are we glad we did, as we booked with Emma who was prompt, and very accommodating. Emma did an amazing job! And I definitely recommend booking with Emma!

Matt was great and went above and beyond to help me out here. I did make a request to use my own cleaning supplies because palm. I like all the more natural smelling things and it’s less stressful to my cat to not have new smells in the house, but I don’t think he used them. I think he used his own stuff anyway but other than that he was great very thorough.

Tiffany did an awesome job on our house! I had a crazy day and ended up working a 14 hour shift. It was SO nice to come home to a beautifully cleaned home. She was very efficient and got all of the prioritized tasks completed, plus any "if you have time" stuff done with time to spare! We would love to have her back and will reach out soon about recruiting her help on the regular!
