Usually Lauren does great work, but this time I had to go back over some areas that weren’t cleaned or not cleaned completely. Hopefully next time will be more thorough since I am physically unable to clean.

My house smells amazing, so clean. My fur babies wasn't stressed out when I got home. Regina actually moved things and vacuumed under them, moved and dusted, not dusted around things. My floors look amazing. I give Regina a 5 star because she is awesome. I hope I get her every time.

Sheila’s bio is vey accurate. She cleans the way I like. Very professional, courteous and friendly. It’s rare these days to have someone apologize for being early. I was very impressed. Although, I am having a card issue with billing, which has nothing to do with her stellar performance. I would highly recommend Sheila even though I may have to cancel my membership due to card issues.

She did a good job but she didn't follow directions. I would preferred that she had done it the way I told her to do it than the way that she chose to do it. I told her to take everything out of the bathroom and then clean the floor.
