Karla cleaned my home very well! She provided a thorough cleaning in each room (4 bedroom 2 1/2 baths) however, after the tour she stated that my house was already clean, neat & that it wouldn’t take 3 hrs probably 2 - 2 1/2. Instead, she cleaned & billed for 4 1/2 hrs :-/ I don’t like it when you’re expecting to pay one fee but instead are charged another (higher) fee :-/

Carolyn came a day before our appointment time which was AMAZING for me, since you have to book an appointment a few days away from your first time booking….. she was on time, on point & very communicative. She left my place spotless in just 2 hrs! I’m impressed with her work and will be happy to have her back for another cleaning.

Dijon did a tremendous job in my basement, bathroom, and kitchen as requested and was pretty swift and fast. The work he did was very detailed and thorough and he went above and beyond as always. I would highly recommend him, as he always has a friendly and respectful attitude.

He communicated clearly on what can be done in the 3hr time frame and got most of it done. Only 1 miss was the stove top but it could be an honest mistake so I'm overlooking.
