She did a thorough, 6-hour cleaning of our new house before we moved in AND offered to do a trip to Walmart for us to fill the fridge and pantry with all our creature comforts so it immediately felt like “home” walking in. Alexandria did her usual great job,however there is an error on my bill. she spent her usual two hours, not three as my bill reflects. I have also been billed for my forever clean fee. My billl does not reflect any saving. :please show the saving or discontinue the cee.

She arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional in introducing herself. She vacuumed and cleaned all floors and hard surfaces. She even went the extra mile and cleaned my closet floors to make them smell fresh. I had just had all my walls painted and she cleaned all my pictures so I could rehang them sparkling clean. Very pleased!

She did excellent cleaning but did less than 3 hours work. She arrived 40 minutes late and left at 3 pm instead of staying the extra time.
