Ezy did a good job except for the bathrooms. One bath was not very dirty and except for mopping, I am not sure he cleaned it at all. In the master bath he mopped the floor but did not clean the toilet at all. That is unacceptable.

Sent appointment reminders, including day of service. Was punctual. Id an immediate walk through with us. Followed instructions and asked questions to insure customer expectations were understood and met. Finished on time. Gave much appreciated suggestions.
