Took more time than expected, the kitchen was dirty but it’s a very small kitchen, it shouldn’t have taken nearly 4 hours to clean. Well it wasn’t 4 hours but that’s what I’m being billed for. She cleaned very well, it just took too long . However she did a good job.

I believe by using her own products and supplies helped for her to quickly identify the special needs needed as well as how to best address each one. She cleaned my house in 2 hours which took another cleaner 4 hours. She was on time and very accommodating. I am Very happy to have her back! She is GREAT!

I like the work on my kitchen but the floors in the apartment needed more work and nothing was done to baseboards. There was still debris on the floors I had to go back and clean. Also didn’t clean my bedroom. It’s a one bedroom apartment and I booked 3 hours so I did expect more. It came to about 2 hours 15 mins. She’s very sweet, but I do need to be honest.

She did a phenomenal job had it done perfectly well before the time allotted and I would use her again definitely!

Good, just used a very wet mop with sour smelling water to clean floors on her way out and I had to dry mmop behind her. Missed all base boards, side of the tub. A little slow

Not enough time to take care of the house, but what she did do was great. She said yall had double booked her. This was the second and last time with me. Disappointed with your company. I have things to do myself. Shame on you for double booking her. In the long run by doing this you have lost more than one client. I really liked Jessica.

Simply amazing. She is self driven, has an decorating eye. But what really sets her apart is her amazing personality.

She did a thorough job on what she did. She was just a bit slower than I preferred. Not all of what previous cleaners were able to do was done in this cleaning.
