The first appointment was rescheduled by the cleaner. May 5, 2023, was my first encounter and there was no cleaning on that day because I learned before she arrived that my builder was going to re-paint the interior of my home. I explained to her that after the painting was completed, I would schedule a cleaning. Alexis was very pleasant and personable.

Took more time than expected, the kitchen was dirty but it’s a very small kitchen, it shouldn’t have taken nearly 4 hours to clean. Well it wasn’t 4 hours but that’s what I’m being billed for. She cleaned very well, it just took too long . However she did a good job.

Traci was on time; professional, and did an excellent job with organizing, cleaning, did hard wood floors, bathroom, trash take out and other miscellaneous cleaning items. My rooms are now spotless! Thanks to Traci! My first time trying and wish I had done it sooner; Traci is the best and brought her own supplies although I had many for her to choose from!

There were certain items missed. Bathroom mirrors were not cleaned; nor was the microwave or the outside of the refrigerator. She was very willing but I had to tell her what to do.
