But he almost walked past me without greeting me when first coming into my home and was super awkward the whole time with me while he was in my home. Not sure if he is just introverted, didn't speak great English, or if something else was going on.

Vacuuming and hardwood floor cleaned and look great tho. next time I will have a swiffer duster ready if she doesn’t have one or a cleaning towel. I appreciate her friendly attitude and willingness to whatever I ask her to do and she is very reliable and respectful of my home.

I am objective. Thais did a solid job including cleaning bathrooms, washing and folding clothes. and she placed in drawer. best work. would give a 5 but she cannot take request or criticism well. wants more pay if your house had more pay if she thinks the job is too much.
