Loved the punctuality, the communication, the flexibility. I had some renovations done and had a lot of dust flying. And granted I’m sure she was exhausted as my room was the last one done. I wish the walls, ceiling fan , and shoe rack were done a little better. But I am a firm believer that it takes time to build a relationship of how you work together! Thanks for all the help today!

She did not clean my house this day. She had called and told me she would come on January 20 but I had to cancel that appointment since you charged me for a cleaning that did not happen. Please please someone call me. I supposedly have a customer service rep but I can’t get in touch with her either!!! This service is a disaster in my opinion!!!!!

Alexis was very personable and friendly. She brought a helper who did a wonderful job! They came a long way to Georgia from SC, so it was understandable they were late. The beginning of the clean was much better than the end. The first room they cleaned was very clean. The last room, not so much.
