After the initial language barrier was fixed, everything went smoothly. She did a fabulous job and brought me through every room to make sure I was satisfied before she left. I was happy. Everything did get cleaned well but only above the knees. Floors and baseboards in bathrooms and kitchen are less to be desired. But its the first time hopefully next time will be excellent.

Chrisley did a great job with the cleaning. The only thing is that I wish he could have arrived closer to the time frame we asked for. He did have to travel quite a distance to get to my house however.

Ruth went about her work diligently. Her work , what she accomplished was very good. However she works very slow and we didn't get all done in three hours. I will book her again for four hours next time. Kelly goes about her worn with little to no supervision and she is a pleasant young lady.

Lainet did a GREAT job. The problem is that she had to drive 160 miles round trip and four hours on the road for a three hour job. Next time please send someone closer. That was not fair to her.

Overall Jeanette did a great job. I do think that the type of mop and cleaning solution needs to be different and I will suggest using a cleaning solution in a bucket with a mop rather than the type used.

She was punctual, and did what was required of her for the most part. There were spots in the kitchen that could have been cleaned but she didn’t. I guess she needed more instructions than was given or maybe my expectations were too high. However, out of the three cleaners from Homeaglow, she did the best work.
