I'm still learning how this process works but Bridgette was easy to talk to. I don't like to feel intimidated and Bridgette definitely did not intimidate. Overall Jeanette did a great job. I do think that the type of mop and cleaning solution needs to be different and I will suggest using a cleaning solution in a bucket with a mop rather than the type used.

We had a little miscommunication about the amount of time spent but it was explained that when two people comes, the time is cut in half.

Very quick and efficient. 90 minutes for a 6 hour scheduled appointment. Not Ryan's fault, but I was charged for a 6 hour clean when I should have only been charged for 90 minutes.
