I am in a wheelchair, and I really can't clean my apartment properly on my own. Laura is a great help. And does a great job keeping my apartment clean.

just a little disappointing, all she did was clean the floors and organize my dirty dishes, I could have done that on my own. I’m not one to mess up someone’s rating so I still give her 5 stars

I am very understanding and I knew she had to leave right away due to getting her kids and I provided a list and rooms to do when she arrived and what to do in each room but after I inspected things, I don't believe one of my spare bedrooms got much attention. The floor still has the previous spots on it. And it was listed on the list. But overall good job!

I work remote and I was able to work while she was there. She was respectful and professional. She cleaned and did things I didn't expect or ask her to. She brought all of her own supplies. Excellent work! Very detailed cleaning. She thoroughly cleaned my windows and let me know I had construction dust on my insulated curtains. And, without hesitation she took them down, washed them and hung them back up!! My asthma and allergies are thanking her.

I don't believe she was here for 3 hours, though. 1:30 to 3:30, because i was still able to see a program my building put on. Even though she spoke little English, it was easy to communicate with her.
