On time, very pleasant, I love that during the walk through she understand what I was looking to achieve and mapped out a plan. she definitely gave me peace of mind and was very understanding. she worked efficiently and thoroughly.. I am very happy with her service and quality of work and I definitely will be using her again!

There was a ton to do and she did it all in three hours, including vacuuming my many couches and the carpets yo remove pet fur and odors and cleaning the microwave. She has her own carpet cleaning machine, which is great for next time.

She did a very good job...just a few small things that could be better next time. I will book her again fo sure.

House was nice and clean and smell good! Wish I would of booked for longer, definitely will book with her again. She was very nice and respectful.

she was wonderful I think she thought I had to cut the appointment short because of therapy @2:00 but I didn't so I communication was a little tough. I don't speak Spanish, but I think she was great and we got through all our things and she did a beautiful job. she was very nice.

Very personable and sweet. I have had a hard time and felt so bad asking someone to help me clean for the first time. She wasn't judgemental whatsoever and even stayed a little longer to make sure everything was perfect.

Overall, Ana did a good job. She cleaned all areas as asked. However, I believe that the kitchen floors could have been wiped better, and the pillows on the couch could have been fixed.

I really have no complaints about the work Maudeline did. She did a very thorough cleaning job. my only issue is that the dirty water was dumped in the tub, which now created a clogged up tub after it was just cleaned. So now I’m having to buy a bunch of products to unclog it.

She did a great job and listened to our requests on the focus areas. Review from my 6 year when he walk through the door “why does our house smell so clean” it made me laugh but he was right it did smell clean.

Jacqueline is a very nice person, someone who is very interested in doing a good job. There is a language barrier which can cause miscommunication in directives.

I just moved from overseas with lots of boxes filled with stuff and no furniture to store it away properly. Expected Fabiana’s team to refuse the dire situation after walking through the door. They ended up making the best of the space with no instruction required of me. Very impressed with their intuition and creativity, as well as making the house sparkling clean.
