Excellent. Thorough. Lorenna cares about her work and is conscientious. She even felt badly when I showed her how the previous cleaner ruined my expensive stove by using damaging cleaners rather than stainless steel cleaner. I never heard from Homeaglow about it either. Lorenna is wonderful

Natasha did a great job cleaning the apartment I lived in but what impressed me the most was her willingness to accommodate me in her schedule after someone had canceled me at "last minute" when I most needed the services.
