Emma is very nice, I would invite her back. However, I would prefer items to be moved to get a full clean instead of cleaning around things.

She forgot to dust the living room and the master bedroom. Otherwise she did a nice job in 2 hours. Please don’t send anyone to clean for me who doesn’t speak English!

she did a lot and fast but I did not get full 4 hours I was scheduled for. and had to ask to do things that should have been part of the cleaning. even though it was many tasks she still had a lot of time to do other things. my apartment was not guest ready. I had to do additional cleaning.

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

Very friendly and did an okay job, but the kitchen floor was barely touched. Disappointing when you have a baby crawling on that floor. Rugs didn’t seem to be shaken out or vacuumed either.

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways.
