5-Star Room Cleaning Services in Universal City, CA

Sue was wonderful,, very helpful, she left her vacuum, but at this time i don't think that I would be using the service anymore due to the hours of cleaning, I only need a hour and a half of cleaning! Just your basic cleaning🙄I need to reevaluate my needs cause truly they have not been met

I was feeling a little under the weather today and she made my apartment feel so fresh and ready for the week ahead. Thank you Preshes

I don’t know how this woman continues to surprise me, but this time I was actually emotional about it. I have a small space and the clutter drives me crazy. I went out to run an errand and when I got back it was all put away, and thoughtfully, at that. Like the woman has a magic wand or something! She brings me joy, and relief from my daily organizational struggles. No exaggeration.

She did a wonderful job and was very thorough and detail-oriented. Everything looked spotless and beautifully clean—I would definitely recommend her

Loved my first cleaning with Paula!! She was on time, completely prepared, focused on details and even finished early with excellent work!!

Valeriya performed an excellent job with the flooring, demonstrating consistent productivity and thorough cleanup. My only recommendation is to utilize a granite-specific cleaner for the kitchen countertops instead of the product previously used, as it left a noticeable film that required secondary cleaning. Overall, her work ethic and attention to detail were commendable.

She is simply the very best. Easy to work with, sweet and cleans incredible. We will have her back again and again. She's awesome!

my tenant was very pleased with her work and efficiency.Friendly attitude and strong work ethic. Thanks Luisa.

Lea was very friendly and did a great job! I like that she used clean products and worked hard to finish the job! would highly recommend her

Good job! I'd have rated it five stars, but I was disappointed that she didn't have time to unload the dishwasher. Because of my bad back, that is really important to me. I appreciate her texting me when I asked where my carving knives were. She told me just where to look.

She has strong communications skills in Spanish and her English is pretty good too. She is kind, compassionate, and gets the job done right.

She was a pure delight! So thorough too! timing was an issue but she was VERY vocal ahead of time and we made it work! We will definitely be using her again!

I had to leave for work before she could finish, but asked her to only do the floors in three rooms plus 1 bathroom & short hallway, I mainly wanted her to clean the kitchen and we should have started there because she couldn’t get to it before I had to leave for work at 11:30am so it was my fault. the rooms she did do were done with care and efficiency and for that I’m grateful.

she does a fantastic job, she’s so polite, so nice and so detailed I really enjoy working with her

Adela did a good job of cleaning. I noticed that she worked extra hard to seek out the cobwebs! I disagree with a reviewer who criticized her method of "mopping" the floor. She used damp rags and yes, she used her feet, but she scrubbed them nicely. I will invite her to come back.
