I just had a great experience with Darren, who cleaned my place. He did an excellent job. I had an important meeting at my place, and everything looked fantastic. From the shine on my cabinet hardware to him finding my sunglasses, I couldn’t ask for better service. He came early to boot. I high recommend Darren.

The house did smell good and countertops were clean! The floors weren’t super clean (saw some dust under furniture and dirty spots on the floor).

I would have to say that out of all the cleaners I have had, this cleaner has to have been one of the best. I’ve never had a cleaner say, “Please check my work and if it needs more attention, let me know. “ Very thorough and focused.

Brandon did amazing! He was prompt, very thorough and efficient with his cleaning. He was also very respectful. I highly recommend him!!

Kevin was very sweet but took two hours to clean one bathroom. He did not bring the proper cleaning supplies and wasn't prepared for deep cleaning. We provided the mops and cleaners for him. He only got to do one bathroom and the kitchen in three hours.

It was nice to come home to a clean house. I did notice she cleaned some things i did not specify with was nice (bathroom wall stains). Giving 4 stars because what i did specify was sweeping and moping floor and did see a lot of scuff marks and hair on the floor that I had originally pointed out.

Astrid was quick and efficient. It is interesting to see how different cleans can handle the space. She completed the job in 4 hours. She even washed the bathroom mats and made the beds which was something I enjoyed with a previous cleaner, making the 4 bunk beds so neat and nice.

she was nice. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate what was needed without typing into a phone. we were supposed to have one hour of laundry but she didn’t do any laundry. I would prefer someone who can communicate in English. I can do Spanish or Portuguese as well but Russian is too difficult.

Unfortunately she too longer than it should to clean. Parts of the kitchen cleaning was missed. Didn't finish cleaning the sink, frig doors weren't wiped down properly, microwave oven wasn't properly cleaned on the inside. Stove top had to be wiped down in spots. Other cleaners got the work done in 5 hours or less.

the house looked great when she was done. was disappointed to see the floors weren't vacuumed, the dishes that had been washed were still dirty, and the shower wasn't completely clean but it was nice to see a clean home when I walked in

Overall okay, but neglected to dump/clean the coffee pot, towels were left in the bathroom, some cabinet doors were left open, and sinks weren't well cleaned.
