I feel like I got lucky when I got Eloise for my cleaning. I've said this before, Eloise has always been on time, probably a few minutes early which is fine with me. I trust her and don't need to look over her shoulder while she works. I appreciate having her in my home.

Excellent job! I have a remodeled home and it’s very dusty from all the construction, she did a great job at removing the dust. she vacuumed and mopped my floors well and ensured no single wooden chips are left in my new cabinets. She was also very detailed with ensuring to scrub the floors well and wiped the window sills down.

Kelin was really good and through, she left towels, toilet paper and paper towels as if you were in a hotel. I will definitely use again

Kristen does excellent work but didn't finish; my bathroom & bedroom was not done. I'm NOT pleased about that at all & yet I've been charged/paid her full hourly rate. I should be refunded for the undone work.

We're also very particular about who's in our home and what they're doing. It took us five cleaners to get to her. She crushed it and continues to crush it.

She is quite young, doesn't speak English but understands it. However there were things lost in translation. The things she cleaned were for the most part cleaned well, but she isn't very observant. i.e. she cleaned the glass doors of the shower really well, but didn't clean the shower floor. It's tile and needed to be cleaned.

We had such a good experience, I sent a detailed message and she clearly read it asked questions when needed problem solved without my having to so yes no to every little thing. She used our supplies and left the house sparkling! So so happy we’ll definitely be booking her again!

Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.
