Karla transformed my house! I’m borderline OCD about my expectation of clean and she didn’t leave one thing I could find. Also, I don’t know what cleaners she used but the smell that I came home to was absolutely fabulous. Karla showed up early, kind, courteous and was detail-oriented. Bryanna did ok. I had trouble communicating with her but she is really nice. I would love to like her work but she left the floor of the bathroom wet and the cleaning is not very thorough. I had other cleaners do my bathroom and they usually wipe all surfaces and leaves the floor and surfaces dry.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Communication was great via text on time changes, I appreciated that she checked in and arrived early to be on time. We needed google translate to communicate about the details to clean but overall she was very nice and receptive to instruction. She cleaned everything I asked her to clean and even put the kids toys away neatly a second time before she left.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.
