This is the 2nd time Alejandra cleaned my apartment. I will book her over and over again. She went above and beyond and even folded laundry I had piled on my bed! She’s wonderful!

I am very happy with the way Areli’s friendly personality and easy to communicate. She did a really good job wirh my house today.

I was grateful for the duo team making the timing less than 3 hours. My pups were so happy to be released from my room earlier than expected

Roma is my third person from Homeaglow and I can say that she’s a keeper! She works fast and really did a very great job.

My place looks great. Carol brought everything she needed, she was on time, got everything done and was very pleasant to have around.

Liviane was absolutely great! Not only pleasant to speak with but did a great job. She was honest about the cleaning details i needed to consider. Left the kitchen and the wood floors super clean. I definitely want her back!!

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

I was really impressed with the cleaning that got done. We’re just moving into a place that had the roof replaced and with open beamed ceilings, debris was everywhere. I was very impressed. I’m not too certain that she spoke English

Enjoyed Tia, she was very respectful and kind. I have a couple of suggestions, items moved should be put back in place and the shower doors were not cleaned properly, I must say there is a skill to cleaning them.

For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

All good ! Maribel friendly helpful competent ! Loved Elsa helper . Suggested better cordless equipment to vacumn . Seemed like too much work for 21st C .. Elsa was a hard worker and really cared about the house cleaning . A great team ! Thanx

Roman cleaned the apartment very nicely and left it spotlessly clean, she followed all instructions and did a very good job.

Very kind! I’ve got three cats and a dog and she did great with all of them. Booked for four hrs, did the dishes, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. She did a great job, this was my first professional clean and she did great!

Shawntale was very efficient, prompt and thorough. He’s very friendly and has a positive vibe. So happy to find someone trustworthy and hardworking to help in our home.

He showed up on time and was flexible on extending his time with short notice. I also appreciate that he uses cleaning materials that are odorless yet effective.

The person on the photo is not the person that actually showed up for the job. Although she did a good job on what she did clean, the oven was not cleaned and was requested. The kitchen floor was not mopped either. Looking forward to the next cleaning so we can get those areas addressed.

Great cleaner. Not so great at being on time to appointment. Twice now I've had my times changed. I find this very frustrating. Otherwise she's fantastic.

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

She did a very good job and definitely would want her to come again to clean i always add extra time to my cleanings the last person didn't even finish and homeglow refused to refund me. Paola finished everything I asked and still had time to do other things. She is one of the best cleaners home glow has to offer

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

I have a Newfoundland and he is double coated so the fur is everywhere usually. Naomy did such a good job and my house smells and feels so clean.

It was two different people. They did use the product I asked to used. Did not clean my tv. Also they did not speak english which made it difficult to give instructions. 1.5 hrs spent

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.

She cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedroom very well. She washed all of the floors. When vacuuming, she didn’t get the edges of the room. She was going to stop cleaning after 2 hours but she didn’t dust at all. I stopped her and had her dust the house. Otherwise, she did a good job.

Miriam has been cleaning my condo since November 2024. She is great. She is very friendly and always on time. She does a great job. I can now relax and breathe easy in my own place.

Crystal and her partner did a wonderful job of cleaning our place. They know what to do right away.

Communication was great via text on time changes, I appreciated that she checked in and arrived early to be on time. We needed google translate to communicate about the details to clean but overall she was very nice and receptive to instruction. She cleaned everything I asked her to clean and even put the kids toys away neatly a second time before she left.

Carla came on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also came prepared with equipment and cleaning items. I was very happy with her service and she left my home spotless. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for the next clean up schedule!
