What if my Cleaning Professional was late?
If your Cleaning Professional is late for your appointment, they will stay overtime to complete the full number of hours booked, as long as your schedule permits.
If they are unable to stay the full number of hours booked, you will only be invoiced for the number of hours your cleaner was able to complete.
If you believe you were not correctly invoiced, Homeaglow's Resolution Process gives you the right to request a partial or full refund from your Cleaning Professional within 72 hours of your appointment. They will have 7 days to accept or decline your request.
