How do I request a refund?

Homeaglow's Resolution Process gives you the right to request a partial or full refund from your cleaner.

  1. Your request must be received within 72 hours after your cleaning, and your cleaner will have 7 days to accept or decline your request.
  2. If you were not able to file your refund request in time, you can also reach out to your cleaner directly with your concerns.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to your dashboard, and select your appointment with your cleaner.
  2. Scroll down and click 'Report An Issue' > 'I'm not satisfied with my cleaning' > 'View Invoice' > 'Request Refund'

If you haven't yet, we encourage you to leave a review for your cleaner from your dashboard.

  • However, please note that you can only leave a review for your cleaners up to 30 days after the appointment has been completed.
