What do I do if my client has a voucher?
Your client may hand you a voucher that they purchased for their cleaning at your appointment. Do not accept it.
Instead, ask your client if they have already redeemed the voucher online.
- If they have, there's nothing more that you need to do. You may submit your hours after the appointment as usual, and you'll receive your regular pay electronically.
- If they have not, please have them contact customer service through their dashboard and we will help them redeem their voucher. Their voucher is not redeemed unless they have done so through the Homeaglow website.
Voucher jobs are invoiced just like regular jobs on your dashboard or your app.
Vouchers are promotions offered by Homeaglow and our partner companies, so the amount that you will receive for the job will not be affected.
