What if I want to claim a job that is no longer on my dashboard?
Jobs that are no longer on your dashboard or app have either been claimed by another cleaner or cancelled/rescheduled by the customer.
- Jobs are on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you claim the jobs you want ASAP.
- If a job disappears from your dashboard after you have already claimed it, it means that the client has cancelled or rescheduled the appointment.
