How Do Customers Request Me?
New customers read your reviews when choosing to book you. Your ratings go up with every 5-star review, and new customers are more likely to choose you.
To see customers that requested you & accept those requests:
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:
• Go to the 'Browse' tab and you'll be able to see claimable jobs in your area
• Select a job to view its' details
• Tap 'Claim Job'
If you're using your browser:
Go to My Upcoming Jobs & Requests > Select a Job > Claim Job
Once you claim a request, it'll automatically appear on:
• Your app's 'My Jobs' tab, under 'Upcoming'
• Your dashboard's Upcoming Jobs page

Happy customers = more jobs! Start with these simple practices to win over more clients:
✔ Always turn on your GPS and send your ETA when you’re about to go to your client’s home. If you’re using your browser, use the check-in function to let your client know you’re on your way.
✔ Read your client's Cleaning Notes and discuss their cleaning priorities.
✔ If your client is home, do a walk-through at the start of the appointment.
✔ Check in with your client before you leave to make sure that everything is in order.
