No, all transactions must be done through the Homeaglow website.

Cleaners on Homeaglow are paid electronically, so we require a credit card to book your cleanings. If you’ve prepaid for your cleaning, your card will not be charged unless you decide to book additional hours. For all other cleanings, your card on file will be charged once your cleaner completes your appointment.

As part of our commitment to maintaining the security of your cleaning appointments, we do not allow transactions with your cleaner outside of the Homeaglow platform, including paying them in cash.
