How do I get more requests?
Requests are on a first-come, first-served basis, so check your dashboard often for available jobs in your area, and watch out for email and text reminders from Homeaglow!
To make yourself available for more requests, consider the following:
- Expand your coverage area to receive requests from more neighborhoods: How do I set my coverage areas?

Customers also handpick their preferred cleaners when they book new requests. To make a good first impression:
- Maintain a good review average - your star rating is displayed on your profile and can be seen by new clients: Reviews and Tips

- Introduce yourself in your bio: What's My Profile?
Happy customers = more jobs! Start with these simple practices to win over more clients:
✔ Always turn on your GPS and send your ETA when you’re about to go to your client’s home. If you’re using your browser, use the check-in function to let your client know you’re on your way.
✔ Read your client's Cleaning Notes and discuss their cleaning priorities.
✔ If your client is home, do a walk-through at the start of the appointment.
✔ Check in with your client before you leave to make sure that everything is in order.
