How do I get more requests?

Requests are on a first-come, first-served basis, so check your dashboard often for available jobs in your area, and watch out for email and text reminders from Homeaglow!

Happy customers = more jobs! Start with these simple practices to win over more clients:

 Always turn on your GPS and send your ETA when you’re about to go to your client’s home. If you’re using your browser, use the check-in function to let your client know you’re on your way.

 Read your client's Cleaning Notes and discuss their cleaning priorities.

 If your client is home, do a walk-through at the start of the appointment.

Check in with your client before you leave to make sure that everything is in order.
