My app is not working
If your Homeaglow for Cleaners app is crashing, freezing, or not working properly, follow the steps below one by one:
- Restart your phone, or turn it off and turn it back on.
- Your device may have a lot of running background processes, which can affect the app’s performance.
- Make sure that your app is up to date.
- To experience the Homeaglow for Cleaners app’s latest features and improvements, please download the latest version via the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android).
- Force stop the app via your phone’s settings.
- This should completely close the app and clear its background processes.
- Clear the app’s cache and/or data.
- Clearing your app’s cache and data will force it to store new content and make sure that any temporary data saved on your phone is not corrupted or causing conflicts. This will also free up space on your device.
- Please note that clearing your app’s data will require you to sign in again.
- Uninstall and reinstall your app.
- If all the steps above did not work, please uninstall your app, and install it again via the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android) to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
