Qualifications

Top Cleaner eligibility is evaluated daily. To qualify, the following conditions must be met in the last 14 days:

1. You've kept 90%+ of the jobs you claimed
2. You've completed 4+ Jobs
3. Your review average is 4.5+ Stars

Your Progress

You can keep track of your progress via your dashboard. Just click the 'Unlock Top Cleaner' link in the top left part of the page to check if you've met the requirements.

Important Notes

• Your eligibility will be determined by your performance within the last 14 days. This means that your badge will be revoked if you fail to meet all of the requirements above over a 14-day rolling period.
• Your badge will also be automatically revoked if your account is deactivated.

✔ Always turn on your GPS and send your ETA when you’re about to go to your client’s home. If you’re using your browser, use the check-in function to let your client know you’re on your way.

✔ Read your client's Cleaning Notes and discuss their cleaning priorities.

✔ If your client is home, do a walk-through at the start of the appointment.

✔ Check in with your client before you leave to make sure that everything is in order.
