What is code 811?

An 811 deactivation indicates that you did not pass your Welcome Call. Reasons may include communication issues or not meeting the cleaner experience requirements.

After creating your Homeaglow account, you will be prompted to schedule your Welcome Call, a mandatory process to ensure we can address your concerns and answer your questions before your first job. While the main purpose of this call is to officially welcome you to the platform, a member of our onboarding team may also ask you a series of questions to help us determine your suitability for Homeaglow.

Not completing or passing the Welcome Call may result in an 811 account deactivation.
