What if my appointment needed more or less time than I booked?
Homeaglow gives you the flexibility to make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment starts.
You may also reach out to your Cleaning Professional about your preferred number of hours, and they will update your appointment duration on their end. You may contact your Cleaning Professional directly via your dashboard.
Once your booking has been updated, we'll show you the updated estimate of your invoice.
To view the estimated cost of your cleaning:
- Select your upcoming appointment
- Scroll down and select 'Payment details'
You will then be billed accordingly based on the total time that your cleaner was able to complete.
