My Client Requested a Refund
We’re sorry to hear that you received a refund request from your client. You may choose to issue a refund if:
- They're unsatisfied with your cleaning
- You overcharged your client
- You damaged an item
If this happens, call your client to discuss how to make it right. What works for other cleaners is explaining what happened, providing partial refunds, and/or offering free fixups.
You can see your client’s phone number on your Completed Jobs page and any refund requests at the top of your dashboard.
If you don't have any refund requests but want to issue a refund to your client because of any of the above reasons:
- Go to your dashboard's Completed Jobs page, and select your appointment with your client.
- Click on 'Issue Refund'.
- Select how many hours you would like to refund.
- Click the 'Issue Refund' button.
