Can I choose the gender of my cleaner?
Unfortunately, we currently don't have an option to limit your requests to specific genders.
But if a cleaner has confirmed your request and you want to initiate a rematch:
- Go to your dashboard, and select your upcoming appointment.
- Click 'Manage appointment'.
- Select 'Change my cleaner'.
This will remove your matched cleaner from your appointment and let other Cleaning Professionals accept your request. However, please note that this option will only be available up to 6 hours before your appointment starts. If you start the rematch too close to your appointment start time, we might not have enough time to find another cleaner.
