My cleaner never arrived
We apologize for any lapse in service. You should not have to deal with uncertainty around your schedule.
If your cleaner did not arrive for your appointment:
- You will not be charged for your appointment.
- We will work with you to create a Priority Request appointment at a time of your choosing.
To report your cleaner:
- Go to your dashboard, and select your appointment with your cleaner.
- Scroll down and click 'report an issue'.
- If you select 'My cleaner hasn't shown up yet', you'll be able to ask for your cleaner's ETA. If they don't respond, you'll have the option to cancel or reschedule with a different Cleaning Professional.
- If you select 'My cleaner rescheduled or cancelled', you'll have the option to reopen your request to other cleaners or reschedule.
