How Do I Pause & Unpause My Account?

If you’re unavailable, simply ignore the requests & other cleaners will claim it.

You may opt out of receiving marketing text (SMS or MMS) messages from us by replying with the word "STOP" to a text message from us.

  • You will not be able to opt out of the platform if your account has been suspended or if you have a pending invoice job. 

To pause, cancel or deactivate your account, please message cleaner support and we will assist you. You can click on the "Contact Support" button below this article.

If you would like to reactivate your account, simply click on ‘Reactivate My Account’ on your dashboard.

Once you have successfully reactivated your account, please review all your info & make sure that is up to date. Your details can be found on the upper right when you click your name.
