Karen had difficulty with her car and was a little slow to communicate her issues but her cleaning was outstanding. She was thorough and everything sparkled when she was done. very sweet lady just wish she would have been more on top of communicating the delays but I’m sure she was frustrated herself and may have thought it wasn’t going to take as much time as it did.

Casey is fantastic. Personal and professional and boy can she clean. Very happy with her services. I booked 3 hours for the first time because she was cleaning after a tenant left the space. Typically no one uses the downstairs of our house, so will reduce the time to 2 hours.

Stephan did a good job. I liked that he cleaned the floor and carpet really well. He missed a few things though. He did not empty the trash cans in the bathrooms and did not clean the side tables.

Courtney knows how to deep clean and do it right!. She doesn't try and skip over anything. She is helpful, knowledgeable and my dogs get along with her if given a couple minutes of initial barking greeting. I would want Courtney always if able. My first cleaner I had bombed badly. Courtney takes her job seriously.

She did a nice job correcting the neglect my home was suffering from and was gentle with the 3 pets. 1 is very flighty and easily frightened and by the time Misty was ready to go, the dog came very close to allowing a touch.

Anna walked into a glassy and dirt filled home after it had been trashed. She came in and cleaned for 6.5 hours and we couldn’t be more thankful and thrilled for the holidays! She was punctual and detail oriented. Came in and tackled our home that was a war zone. We couldn’t have asked for a better person!!

Holly was nice, though I do feel like she was a bit slow to clean compared to other cleaners I have tried out. She was able to complete wiping down the counters, cleaning the stovetop, vacuuming and mopping the downstairs floors, one 1/2 bath, and one full bathroom in 3 hours.

I would only prefer if he had brought supplies of his own, since I did not have a lot of different cleaners for different surfaces. That way, the cleaning would have been more hands off for me.

This was the second time we had Eva come and clean for us. She is the only one we want from now on. She comes right on time. She is super friendly and even offers to do extra things that we would never expect her to do like put away the dishes in the dishwasher. I felt safe leaving Eva to go run some errands and it was so nice to come home to a clean home after a day of running around.

Scott and his partner did a great job cleaning our townhouse. They were personable and fun to talk to as well. They finished cleaning 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom in about 3 hours. We have dogs and a child. Dusting and vacuuming was a priority. They even got our ceiling fan. Great job team!

I had asked for 4 hrs of service and she did a good job of cleaning most of the first floor and vacuuming all of 2nd floor plus folding laundry and putting dirty dishes to washer. Couldn’t get to master bathroom or any of the other bathrooms upstairs (3 bathrooms).

Bernardo and his associate were amazing. They were incredibly professional and cleaned better and fast than any cleaner I’ve had. Bernardo was scheduled for 4-hours and finished in 2. I planned to tip him well so I kept the charge for 4 hours and just let him keep the extra 2-hours pay as a tip. I hope he was satisfied with that.

Armando was very professional and thorough with his work. He really cleaned the apartment and it was spot clean. Also, he was really quick and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend him and would like to book him again.
